Altered book!

So much goodness :)

So I went to the Goodwill store the other day with Mixed media in mind and I came out with some fun stuff..plan to go back atleast once a month! Found this book for $2.99 and knew i was going to do something similar to what I saw on Pinterest (love). I just laid down gel medium as I rolled up the book pages and cut accordingly to make the heart. Then went in to paint and stamp and rub ons.It was so much fun to make, I may add a few more goodies but love the way it is now too!

Still addicted...but happily

I can't wait to give these as gifts and hoping to generate some interest in people buying them! May start up an Etsy shop if the demand is there so if you happen to like it let me know :)

Loving She Art Girls!!!

So I would swear finding Christy Tomlinson has been the best thing that has happened to me as an "artist". I have loved taking her She Art online mixed media classes, RUN don't walk!! They are also so affordable, and ENTERTAINING because she is so adorable! These are my first 3 girls one i gave as a gift and then other 2 I just won't be able to part with nor do i need to but i plan to make many more as gifts and hope to sell some if the demand is there!
